Rebates & payment
Medicare
With a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or psychiatrist, you are eligible for the Medicare rebate of currently $149.05 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year under the Better Access Initiative. Medicare does not cover cognitive testing or scoring & report writing.
Private health insurance
Without a Mental Health Care Plan, you may be able to use your private health cover. Please check rebates with your health fund.
NDIS
We welcome self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. There are no out-of-pocket expenses for psychological services for individuals using their NDIS funding.
Payment & reduced fees
Payment is requested at the time of consultation. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please let us know so we can discuss options.
Cancellation policy
If you can't make an appointment, please call to reschedule or cancel as soon as possible — late cancellations mean other clients miss out on care. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, incur a fee of 50% of the appointment charge.
